Cooking Instructions
In a non-stick pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat. Add the dumplings and brown lightly. Add cold water to a quarter of the dumplings and cover for about 5 to 6 minutes on each side.
Next, add 2 tablespoons of oil and brown to taste! Enjoy!
Preparation
As an appetizer on its own or to share.
Serve with peanut sauce (yum!) or other, depending on your preference.
Ingredients
Chicken: Chicken, cabbage, onions, shallots, garlic, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
Vegetables: Carrots, onions, bamboo shoots, corn, shiitake mushrooms, black mushrooms, yu choy, rice vermicelli, salt and pepper.
Dough: enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, barley flour, iron, niacin, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, salt, powdered egg, sodium propionate and sodium benzoate, citric acid, L-cysteine, and cornstarch. Canola oil.
